I had knee pain for 10 years. I had 2 surgeries and saw 3 physios but it wouldn’t get better.
During my first session at Medstead Physio, she diagnosed that the problem was coming from my pelvis, corrected it there and then and my pain disappeared! I couldn’t believe it. I walked out pain-free. Most valuable though was the emotional support I was given to deal with all the issues that searching for an end to my pain had caused. I am now back to health both physically and mentally! Thank you
I owe the success of my last few years of competition to the guys at Medstead Physio. What a great team!
I broke my neck and was discharged from hospital with a neckbrace and a time frame of when I was allowed to take it off! Thanks to the Medstead Physio team, and their amazing hands on treatment, I was able to start a new job fully fit and confident.
These physios are the best in the area! And I’ve seen a few! They even liase with my Club physios.
Andy is a credit to the practice and I feel lucky and grateful to have him keeping me in shape
I’m really impressed with this clinic. My insurance company sent me to them for physio and after getting better in 3 sessions, I enrolled in the Pilates classes. I haven’t felt this strong in years!
I contacted Sue post a Rotator cuff operation on my left shoulder. Sue was very good in identifying the specific exercises I needed, to free the shoulder and get full movement back.
Susan helped me enormously when I had pulled a muscle and was unable to walk. She diagnosed the problem and treated me in a professional and sympathetic manner. She gave me exercises which gradually returned me to normal.
Thank you [Sue] for giving me the confidence to regain the ability of walking well for a short distance. You were so easy to discuss problems with and your suggestions and exercises have proved both attainable on a regular basis and effective. Just what was needed.
I damaged my calf muscle playing badminton, After [Sue’s] expert treatment and advice, there is no doubt that I am on the road to a quicker recovery than if I had left it to repair on its own.
My appointment with Susan Cope was very helpful. The exercises she gave me along with the printed sheet she sent me have been very helpful. My shoulders are much improved
I was very grateful for the opportunity of a physio appt with Alastair. Alastair seemed very knowledgeable and worked on my back pain, giving me some relief.
